There is plenty of free parking in two different locations.
1. Above ground parking is located level with the first floor with an access bridge between the Kinnard Building and neighboring hardware store. If you are heading downtown this will be on your right before you reach the front of the building. There is an entry door in the back of the building. Once inside there are elevators located in the building on the first floor, which you can find when entering the building and walking towards the front door, the elevators will be on your left.
2. If you turn right at the corner of 21st Ave and Blair there is covered parking on the ground floor with the entrance located off of Blair. Going towards Belmont this entrance is on your right. Elevators are located inside the glass doors. This floor is considered the lobby or “LL”.
